Detailed Job Description

- Assist Manager Supply Chain in developing the system of production division in shape of proper policies, procedures and relevant supporting documents for all the sub-domains of production division.
- Assist Manager Supply Chain in planning the production targets (as per orders).
- Responsible for timely receipt of material from stores
- Ensures complete technical and administrative control of the department
- Responsible to reduce rejection rate, rework volume and overtime cost
- Ensures that order wise production targets are achieved within allocated resources
- Give order wise reports on Production status (Order in process) to Manager Supply chain.
- Make sure that the finished goods are order wise delivered to warehouse in due course of time.
- Actively conduct daily meetings with the In charges in all production domains of production division.
- As a line manager, responsible to manage all the staff issues of production division.
- Ensures that safety standards and procedures are strictly followed
- Ensures that all equipment/machineries in the department are routinely maintained
13. To ensure efficient use of available machines and manpower to maximize efficiency, minimize down time and overtime
- Annually perform the performance appraisal of immediate staff with the support of HR Department
- Any other tasks related to production assigned by seniors.
